Here’s a quick rundown of the Career Catalyst Coaching System. No matter which delivery option you choose, you will:
Module #1: Master Your Mindset
- In this powerful start up module, you will define your "WHY." You'll also tackle any limiting beliefs that might be stopping you from achieving your goals!
Module #2: Gain Career Clarity
- Get clear on your career strengths, values, your dream career requirements, and how to push yourself into action using a BONUS digital planner. You will learn what your unique "secret sauce" and how to focus on your strengths in your career journey.
Module #3: Design Your MAP – Maximized Action Plan™
- Create a detailed MAP that pulls you closer to your dream career! In this lesson, you learn the secrets of job targeting, how to deal with the hidden job market, and how to strategically position yourself to get the career you want!
Module #4: Learn Career Toolbox Secrets
- Finally, you pull it all together. Learn everything about job search and interviewing tactics that help you stand out from the crowd! This includes designing a knock-out resume and cover letter that translate to more money in your bank account; salary negotiation tips and tricks; and even leveling up your LinkedIn profile so much that recruiters come after YOU!
How The Program Works:
- Each Monday, you will get access to that week's module along with special checklists and exercises to keep you on task.
- Each Thursday, the group will meet with me via a live ZOOM video call where you can ask questions and get answers directly from me. You'll also have the opportunity to sit in on live laser coaching. You'll also receive the replay of each session. The calls will take place from 7:30 - 8:30 PM EST weekly.
- When you're done you'll have a killer career coaching package that will build your inner confidence; strengthen your focus; and get you noticed by employers! You will also gain exclusive access to a Private CATALYST Membership group for continued connection and networking.
