I take charge of my career.  Say it with me, "I Take Charge of My Career."  This week, I teach you two powerful success strategies to create your dream career - affirmation and reflection.  Are you ready to get this week started?  Okay, let's do it!

Visualizing success in your dream career will propel you toward your goals.  Successful career and business women know how important it is to not only work hard, but also envision success before they achieve it. Defining what career success means to you brings it that much closer to reality.  Success guru Jack Canfield explains, "Visualization programs your brain to more easily perceive the resources you need to achieve your dreams."  Once most people get that picture of success clearly in their minds, they believe that's all it takes.  But, there's more.

Once you have that success picture in your mind, then you should create an affirmation surrounding it.  Affirmations are statements that not only describe your picture, but the experience of ALREADY having what you desire.  An example is today's affirmation - "I Take Charge of My Career."  Now, you may feel at the mercy of your career today.  But, by repeating this statement several times a day, you can begin focusing clearly on your goals and gaining the motivation to make a change.  When you transmit inner power, you will start attracting positive results.

This success cycle is not complete without reflection.  When we reflect, we ask ourselves specific questions about our affirmation.  Then we, (wait for it...) listen for the answers.  Yes, you get quiet through methods like prayer, meditation, and yoga and allow your inner self to respond.  It may sound a bit woo-woo right now.  However, the finest athletes in the world have been using these techniques for decades.  And almost all have coaches to help them work on mindset and technique.

I've used this three-prong strategy throughout my career to connect to opportunities. I constantly wrote down my visualizations in journal and repeated my favorite affirmation, "What I desire is already mine."  These strategies have worked for me for decades and they absolutely will move you from chaos in your career situation to success.  It works if you work it!

So now that I've shared my powerful success strategy to help you advance in your career, it's time for you to put it into action! Download today's #successmocha affirmation and reflection exercise by clicking below.
